There is an old Canadian movie that shows a young Jewish man who becomes involved with a cult in San Francisco.
There is this one scene where a friend from home comes to California to rescue him.
They have a dinner meeting and the new cult member shows up at the meeting with two other cult members.
The two cult members do all the talking for him and control him completely.
Every time I think of that movie, I think of JFJ and how we were controlled and monitored.
Even getting together with a friend or family member had to be JFJ's business. How we reacted to any question of what we were doing with JFJ was of great concern.
During Campaign I requested to see my parents who traveled to Campaign Headquarters to see me. Permission was denied to see my parents!
The cult is authoritarian in its power structure. This sounds like most successful businesses, not to mention most governments.
The cult's leaders tend to be charismatic, determined, and domineering. This sounds like many organizations, religious or secular.
The cult's leaders are self-appointed, messianic persons who claim to have a special mission in life. This sounds like Ex-Jews for Jesus, whose mission is to whine and moan, and never put postings on their blog that would expose the contradictions and outright lies in what they are saying.
The cult's leaders center the veneration of members upon themselves. This sounds like most rock bands.
The cult tends to be totalitarian in its control of the behavior of its members. This sounds like most successful businesses.
The cult tends to have a double set of ethics. This sounds like Ex-Jews for Jesus, like for example when they have one of their members steal information from a private database, rationalizing the theft by the idea that the ends justified the means. Another example would be the former leader of the Liberated Wailing Wall, now a member of the Ex-Jews for Jesus group, who so abused one of his team members that they attempted suicide.

This blog must be successful since it is attracting such opposition.
I think the ferocity of this poster shows that their loyalty sits with JFJ first.
BTW, If Bill Gates through my pc through the window, I'd leave Microsoft. I'd probably sue as well.
In this case, it is sufficient to tell the world what goes on within JFJ's ranks.

"Just Another Person Pointing Out Your Hypocrisy" made an excellent defense of Jews for Jesus as a well run, controlling business organization. Is anyone arguing with that? I don't think so.
The issue to me seems to be whether a self described "Christian Organization" ought to be held to standards other than those found on Wall Street. But let us assume for the sake of argument that we are using Wall Street standards. A public business has three stakeholders: the shareholders, the employees, and the customers.
Who are the shareholders of Jews for Jesus? The donors. One difference is that anyone is entitled to the audited books of a listed company, but Jews for Jesus only offers its financial reports to donors (in apparent violation of the ECFA, one of the so called oversight organizations touted by JfJ).
Who are the customers? To answer this, one must ask who does JfJ "serve"? Probably the best answer to this is to use JfJ's own publicity (an arm of the local church) and say that the customer is a particular section of the church.
Who are the employees? These are the missionaries and administrative workers.
The questions that deserve being explored include each of these groups.
First, do the donors really know what is going on in this organization? If the donors had access to the equivalent of wall street stock analysts, would they judge this organization as effective based on criteria such as how dollars are spent, how the staff is treated, how the management lives? (Clearly the excesses of Rosen and crew don't measure up to the previous CEO of Tyco, but wouldn't it be interesting to have full disclosure?)
Regarding the churches. What would happen if the churches explored the real issues involved in "Jewish Evangelism?" Clearly there is major debate going on as to appropriateness. Maybe the recent article in Christianity Today (an evangelical christian trade publication) will raise this issue for more churches.
As for the employees. This blog is giving former employees an opportunity to reflect upon their treatment. Let the future employees beware of the problems that have existed in the past. When they interview for their jobs, they can ask what happened that caused such problems. If JfJ insists that the problems are a thing of the past, the potential employee can ask for the names and phone numbers of the last six people to leave the organization. If JfJ has nothing to hide, there ought to be no hesitation in giving this information. (If you are looking for a good auto mechanic, don't you get references? As a stakeholder, isn't this more important than finding a mechanic? Get the latest.) You can even check around to find out if JfJ is being truthful with the list of names given. If they are not truthful, that ought to be a clue. The testimony I read on this blog is that problems still exist, people are still getting axed, the Bible is not the guide for leadership, etc. It seems that due diligence is the order of the day for every stakeholder in this organization: Donors, Churches, Employees.
I appreciate this forum and the willingness to have both sides posted. I don't know what your editing policy is, but a free forum seems to me to be the most informative.

In response I would like to say:
As someone who actually is involved with a number of Jews for Jesus Cult Recover Groups, and knows those who run this blog, I can say that there is no one who has stolen information from the Jews for Jesus Cult's private database, who post original articles to this blog.
If someone did steal this database while part of a Jews for Jesus Cult Recovery Group, they certainly did not speak about it in Cult Recovery Sessions for the groups I have been or am involved with. If this did happen, perhaps the person being referred to as a thief was not part of any Jews for Jesus Cult Recovery Group at the time of the theft? Perhaps they were not part of any Jews for Jesus Cult Recovery Group, but the Jews for Jesus Cult thought they were?
The possibilities for speculation on who might have stolen such a database are endless.
The Jews for Jesus Cult's leadership has been wrong in the past concerning who they believed was involved with leading Jews for Jesus Cult Recovery Groups, often placing the blame on the leader of a 100 year old, honest and respected Jewish Mission Organization, who has never been involved with any Jews for Jesus Cult Recovery Group, having found recovery through other sources.
The Jews for Jesus Cult Leaders have even recruited former staff that is sympathetic, to become members of Jews for Jesus Cult Recovery Groups, and current staff may have posed as former staff, in order to spy on the Jews for Jesus Cult Recovery Group members and leaders. Information from Jews for Jesus Cult Recovery Groups confidential mailing lists has certainly been taken to the board of directors of this above mentioned, respected, Jewish Mission Organization in an attempt to bring accusation against its president and certain of the organization's current staff who once were Jews for Jesus Cult employees.
There certainly is not one person involved in this blog who is aware of someone they supervised, during their Jews for Jesus Cult involvement, attempting suicide as a direct result of actions they were responsible for.
Perhaps the commenter who brought forth the accusation does know something that those who run this blog do not know? This is always possible. However, it is unlikely the commenter even knows the people who post original comments to this blog, since all commenting is done anonymously.
There is a certainly considerable assumption and speculation that is commenter is using, since this person seems to think they know who is involved in posting original articles to this blog. It is very unlikely they are correct in their assumption. Perhaps the commenter is also a seer, or has some Luciferian-given insight that assists them? Perhaps this person thinks they recognize the writing style of one or more of the original blog article writers and is actually guessing as to who they are?
To the Commenter: It would be helpful to know the name(s) of the persons referred to; however, this probably is not the proper forum to communicate that kind of information.
Knowing who posted the comment would also be useful, because it would be very helpful to know if this accusation (as a side note: accusation is a personality characteristic of Lucifer/Satan), comes second hand, first hand, through a current Jews for Jesus employee, or through a Jews for Jesus apologist, or some other source.
In any case, this comment shows a few things to be clear:
1. The person making the comment appears to be a Jews for Jesus Cult insider with specific information.
2. There is real paranoia in the Jews for Jesus Cult concerning this Blog.
Perhaps that paranoia is justified now that the true stories of abuse by the Jews for Jesus Cult are starting to see the light of day.
(I love this next part, partly because I am not involved with the Ex-JewsforJesus Website--and Current Jews for Jesus Cult Members will think even more that I am involved because I am saying I am not involved), and partly because the more this link is posted the more the website shows up in search engines.

It is rather funny to me that the actual list from http://www.factnet.org/rancho5.htm?FACTNet is treated by some commenters as if it was the work of the Ex-Jews for Jesus blog.
The Factnet.org list was compiled by phycologists with over 100 combined years of experience working with former cult members.
The list stands on its own merits and on the reputations of those who compiled it, not with Ex-Jews for Jesus.
That being said, holding the Factnet.org's list up to the organization known as Jews for Jesus does result in a troubling picture, showing that Jews for Jesus falls in the category of "Potentially Destructive and Dangerous Cults."
How can anyone say that "an authoritarian power structure sounds like most successful businesses" and own a computer? The pyrimid power structure went out about the time computers became popular. Even Brickner knew this when he made everyone read the "Power of Teams" about 8 years ago.
